Le nouveau film de Xavier Dolan s’intitule The Death and Life of John F. Donovan. Dans ce long-métrage, une star hollywoodienne entretient une relation secrète avec un jeune Britannique. Cependant, sa vie sera ébranlée par la rédactrice en chef d'un tabloïd. Le casting est composé de Kit Harington (le rôle principal), Natalie Portman, Jessica Chastain, et Susan Sarandon, entre autres. Le tournage se tiendra jusqu'au printemps prochain. Le film The Death and Life of John F. Donovan sera diffusé sur grand écran courant 2017.
